    how in hell did I just miss 3 of your sessions?! a'ight, i'ma have to comment on each one now!

    chest, tri, bi: why so many 's ?? looked like a good session, but i guess if you can't do as much as you normally can it aint gonna make u happy, but some solid weight nonetheless. I always find that if I do tris after chest I just won't lift as heavy on the tris so don't fret mayne it's all good, but considering that your tri work still looks real good.

    back, shoulders: Your pullups are excellent as always....or do I just really suck at em, i think it's a bit of both! dam boi u gettin too strong for them machines it seems...

    traps, calves: now that's some heavy ass weight on them shrugs n calf raises, enough said!

    Good hamstring work man, good to see you do 2 exercises, so many people have a quad dominant leg day, but not me and you buddy and you done SLDL's after leg curl, nice

    I want to see bigger weight on leg press though, If I do more then you then you're half assin
