I actually did some cardio as well

After my weight training I took down a shake, 45g Protein and 15g Carbs, just some 100% whey in water. That was about a 15 minute break, then I hit the Elliptical

    Cardio:

    Equipment: Elliptical
    Time Spent: 30 Minutes
    Calories Burned: 510
    Resistance Level: 12
    Distance: 3.3 miles I think, I forget

The biggest difference between you and me is you're you, and I'm me. I always win. Sorry bro.

You say my workouts are good - that makes yours great! Congrats on the benching PB/PR. I am guessing you have done that weight before just a new recored on number of reps on that?

The weighted dips and skullcrushers also just after benching all that, You got some strength in those tri's!!

    Solid bi workout too.

Aww I am never fucked with sit-ups, good job on putting the extra effort in.

Was your shoulder feeling ok afterwards?

Legs, I swear I posted this, but I dont think it actually posted

Kept Deads and Squats both very low reps

    Squats
    45x10
    135x10
Knee Stretches as well as some Hyperextensions for a good warmup

    185x3
    225x3
    245x3
    265x3

    Deadlifts - all sets strapless
    135x8
    225x3
    315x3
    335x3
225x8 - I was gonna hit 12 reps for a good finisher but I farted on the 8th rep and there was a hottie a feet away so I put the bar down and got a drink so she wouldnt smell me

    Leg Press
    290x8
    470x8
    560x8
    560x8

    Lying Leg Curl
    130x8
    150x8
    170x8

    Donkey Calve Raises
    400x10
    445x10
    490x10
    490x10

Rest - Protein Shake, 50g Protein

    Cardio

    Elliptical
    30 Minutes
    530 calories burned

very good session, deads felt good and should increase up to 355 next week

Squats felt good as well and no problems from the knee

Cardio was still relatively easy even after doing it after Legs

If I actually put forth some effort I 110% positive I could burn 700 calories in 30 minutes time

The biggest difference between you and me is you're you, and I'm me. I always win. Sorry bro.

Finally you've broken the second floor! It's about damn time, you little bitch! Seriously though, great to see you busted out 200, for reps even! As always, the weighted dips are mind-blowing (I can take you in HS dips though ) and the skull-crushers afterwards, and for PB even, are spectacular.

Also, glad to see your back to the heavy basics on leg day. Both the squats and deads look great and it's big news that your back is holding up okai. As for your calf work: I hate you.

    Shoulders and Back

I deloaded with the shoulders quite a bit as my injury is still present

    Seated Db Shoulder Press
    60x10
    70x10
    70x10
    70x10

    Side Laterals
    30x12
    35x12
    35x12
    35x12

    Chinups
    Me x10
    Me+25x8
Me+45x6 <--- this hurt my shoulder for some reason, made me rather frustrated and ended in my shoulder hurting for the rest of the session
    Me x10

    Close Grip Latpulldown (V-Bar)
    180x6
    200x6
    200x6
200x6 <--- I didn't bother to increase weight as my shoulder was bothering me although I could have got up to 230-240 no problem

    Bodymasters Row Machine
    220x15
    240x10
    240x10
    240x10

    Hammer Strength Seated Shrugs
    180x10
    270x10
    270x10

^^^^ could have went up to 360 and more but I was focusing more on the contraction, felt pretty good

    Reverse Pec Dec
    100x10
    110x10
    110x10

Good session except for the nuisance (sp?) of the pullups now hurting my shoulder if I add a significant amount of weight Currently I'm actually icing my shoulder while eating my post workout meal. Tomorrow is my day off but watch out for Sundays Chest and Arms.

Nagging injuries suck. I know how tempting it is to workout and push yourself because you're not doing as much weight as you're used to, but stay smart like you have been and get healthy!
