    suprisingly no, its not bothered the slightest bit while on deads. Its just on squats with all the pressure being put on it

    oh well, at least I can deadlift heavy

    Your hamstrings are ridiculous. I don't know how much weight I usually do, but it's not 170 x 8

    Your shoulder work is inspiring

    Seriously, you're at 90% and still blowing the shouler press and laterals away. Heavy on the back, and then into your traps. 315 for BB shrugs is light? I can still get a decent squeeze at 275 but 315 is a lot.

    Drop set too. Sexy...but I still would rather watch movies with Sara

    Wow really good couple of sessions since i last looked at ur log bro great job on the deadz bro and congrats on the PB. thats one u can pound ur chest on right there. despite 90% effort the db shoulder presses look good and the shrugs are awesome bro good work there. and weighted chins are never a joke good work overall Tweak

    I was very disapointed with my dips this session, not my usual 90 added pounds but I guess when I focus more on bench my triceps get blown out
