    Have mercy on those Laterals and pull ups...Good God!!! Im honored that the laterals were for me. Looked like a great workout. Nice Iso rows too...I like that exercise. Great job Tweak, insane workout!

    Dam 80's for 6 on shoulder presses, my best is 4, looks like a challenge for my shoulders today

    holy shit i didnt think you would get all the chin ups...thats incredible mang. and WTF your side laterals are strong...thats not much lower than what i can bicep curl. your got weird strength...your side laters are huge, then you bench not that great, and then you do incredible db UR rows, and then your DLs are just pretty good, and then your dips are insanely good ect....your strength both confuses and arouses me

    Yes that shoulder/back session was awesome! Those side laterals are insane, im a bit jealous. And those chin-ups are insane, im deffinately jealous. Your back session was really good to, nice job on the iso-row, I like that machine but I like the low row better.

    Before I join Spiece and dominate with you, I will steal the machines at the Y that Spiece doesnt have. It will be about a level 11 domination.
