    365x1 <--- I wasnt in the right mind set for this set really, it pissed me off, I threw myself off at the beginning right when I picked it up. I know I have 4 good ones in me but dammit! I only got one and that pisses me off, even worse is I twinged my back a little, hopefully it will be gone by next weekend so I can deadlift again but Squats may be out of the question this week

    Paul and I were really pressed for time so we didnt get in nearly as many sets as I would have liked and we didnt even get to Bench Press. No worries though, I was happy with my 315x10 strapless, sad with my shitty 365x1. My push pull kinda impressed myself a little, Im going to add that movement to my shoulder day this week actually.

    I'm going to be sleeping on the floor tonight and probably a few nights, the floor will do my back some good.

    315 for 10 is a very impressive lift bro, you shouldn't be P/O'd too much. We'd alll love to lift more than we can, even the pro's! Save it for another day. When the time is right, you will crush your enemy, stand victorious and it will feel good. Rest to fight another day. You know what I'm saying.

    Wow Tweak, I hope your back recover soon. When you fight with that weights you should be 100% focused on what you're doing. Anyway, great session buddy, you moved heavy weights for reps.

    I wont say I took it easy with my back since its hurt and all, but lets just say I was careful. I cut BB Row since that aggrivated the back a little more than comfort, and was very strict with from on the Hammer Strength Iso Rows so no twisting of any sort

    That was a pretty good session even though you cut BB row out. Thats not good that your back is still bothering you some. Hope its just an annoyance. We will train Delts together, and damn it I will get the 65's on seated db press for atleast 4....that will make me happy. And Im going for 225 on deads thursday, yesterdays deads really impressed me. See ya later!
