Whats happening to your squat? I hope you can still squat 300 for a few good reps. One legged presses look good. This workout better have been intense. That cardio was pretty good to, nice job.

I believe its just you dude, nothing wrong with hitting 4-10 sets of Squats in one session as long as you dont over do the rest of the session.

the abs are coming along, not very defined but you can see them in some good lighting.

about to post my shoulders and back session

oh and to answer your question FF no I dont do them on a box, but I am in the air on a platform of some kind to get a great stretch

The biggest difference between you and me is you're you, and I'm me. I always win. Sorry bro.

    Shoulders and Back

    Military Press
    135x10
    195x5
    195x5
200x4 - went for the 5th one but didn't get it lol
    185x5
    135x10

Side Laterals - "up and down the rack"

    20x8 - 25x8 - 30x8 - 35x8 - 40x8 - 35x8 - 30x8 - 25x8 - 20x8

    Chinups - "100 Rep Torture"
    Me x20
    Me x20
    Me x10
    Me x10
    Me x10
    Me x10
    Me x10
    Me x10

BB Shrugs - super slow contraction
    135x10
    225x10
    225x10

Db Shrugs - "down the rack"
    80x10 - 70x10 - 60x10 - 45x10

    Reverse Pec Dec

    110x10
    110x10
    110x10

Arnold Press - very light just wanted the feel

    45x10
    50x10

Session was great, lots of intensity, went pretty heavy on Military Press, even dieting everything (excluding my legs) seems to still be getting stronger
The "up and down the rack" was extremely intense, but felt great. I was thinking about doing another set actually
100 reps on the chinups was great as well, I did one set super wide but it really bugged my shoulder so no super wide chins.
If I rated my sessions on a Grade Scale this would definetely be an A+, tomorrow all I'm doing is cardio and Saturday I'll be back for some Chest and Arms. Thanks for stopping by

Dang nice job on the military press, and that up and down the rack is insane. Those chins are cake for you, its unbelievable, your really gonna get your back alot wider if you keep doin those chins that intense, i cant wait until my weight gets low enough to where i can do sets of 10 on chins. nice job with everything else, i see your still hittin it hard on your traps... even though there pretty massive already.

I'm a little surprised you went so light on the traps, even though you did them slowly since you say you get a good contraction at 315+.

But other than that, that day was pure domination

No need for 315 if your body's feeling it already. It should be about quality over quantity, and it looks like you've hit both nicely in that shoulder workout Tweak. Good on ya

Wow, this session was incredible! I can't believe those military presses (video? ), it looks like I'm going to have to step it up now.

Also, the chins are huge...50 reps is more than most people can manage; 100 is almost unthinkable.

Great session overall, I can tell you're really pushing yourself even though you're dieting...you knew I had to say this though: Arnold Presses = ghey.

Nice session of shoulders and back. Military press looks good, but those side laterals are even better. and im not going to continue commenting on every exercise you did, that were all pretty awesome. Your shoulders and your back are pretty much strong points of yours, and that is domination. good job with the cardio too.

PS - I think its time to start side raising the 50's

Your side laterials are always impressive tweaker, espically for high reps. How much longer are you cutting for?
