    Legs tonight, I've decided that I'm going to deload with Squats a bit since they have been suffering, this way I'm not psyching myself out mentally and can focus on the task at hand.

    Squats
    45x10 (warmup)
    135x10 (warmup)
    225x6
    235x6 <-- I dont know why I put weight on, kind of an accident actually I didn't actually realize what I did until afterwards

    Stiff Leg Deadlifts - actually put some weight on the bar today

    Hammer Strength One Legged Leg Press - my left leg is actually stronger even though I'm right handed, must be since I'm a left footed jumper

    Seated Calve Raises - my left calve felt funny, it kept tightening up like I pulled it, so I stretched it nicely inbetween each set but that last rep on the last set man it tightened up and I had to take the pressure off it quickly...lack of stretching before hand?

    Cardio - very simple cardio today, nothing too bad since I was having a hard time walking afterwards, calve raises toasted the wheels
    Equipment: Tredmille
    Length: 15 minutes
    Incline: 8
    Jogged on Level 5 and walked on level 3.3 alternating minute to minute starting at minute 13
    Calories Burned: 190

    Today was a huge cheat day, I'm actually eating a pint of ice cream as I type this and I had some cookie cake earlier and went out to eat, so cardio tomorrow is really going to suck, I'm going to feel so sluggish, oh well, I'm gonna hit the stairmaster for at least 30 minutes tomorrow, until then

    Your squats still look really good despite the deloading and I'm really digging the volume there as well. The SLDL's also are very impressive; it's good to see you're not being a bitch about them anymore

    Your an idiot for putting more weight on those squats, what are you thinking?

    And nice job with the SLDL, hopefully you still felt that sweet stretch

    And awesome job with the calves, and the cardio looked pretty decent, i dont really burn a whole lot of calories on the treadmill, unless im jogging constantly or sprinting

    LOL at forgetting and loading up the bar...hate it when that happens

    Great squats and SLDLs, one-legged press was a nice touch, and the calf work looks awesome too. I know you were hurting from legs, but what's with the sub 20-minute cardio?

    I'm going to start setting people's clocks behind after they start or something

    sometimes tweak i think you need to do more when ur doing legs
    hit em from more angles, IMO but thats just me, the squats look good tho

    good leg workout and cheating every once in a while is good imo. So are the calves injured or you still think it was lack of warm up

    It was fine a few minutes afterwards, so I'm assuming it was lack of warmup. A calve injury would really suck too, I'd be wobbling around like you wobbing up the stairs with a big hose

    I haven't found it that hard yet, although I have had some cheat days (Super Bowl, and Yesterday) but man did I go all out

    My back is fine really, I dont deadlift very often, I dont think I'll be deadlifting again for a while though, but theres always Rack Deads so I'll be fine

    thats a fuckin lot of volume on squats, gaurentee you felt that the next day. calf raises werent bad, cardio sucked and cheat days rock =) i'm having one today

    Good leg workout man, does it feel weird doing one legged presses on that thing? i used to do that, but every time i'd pull the bar to the side
    to move the seat it'd make like a loud boom, and stuff
    and im amazing at your SLDL's man, all those times with 135x10
