    actually I'm not even doing flat bench press. I'm doing quite a few things to improve it though and every four weeks I'm going to be maxing out on dead, squat, and bench. Wednesday I did 3 sets of 3 on close grip and I did 175x3 (BB, not smith machine) and I impressed myself quite a bit with that.

    The reps and sets vary a bit with everything, heres my split and take a lot for yourself. I like it a lot

    My lats are still the strongest muscle I have by far, Monday I did 5x5 with Weighted chins and managed 25,35,45,45,45 and I also impressed myself with that.

    this split will dominate quite a bit, Monday is my next session I might post

    I'll be running a 5k this summer
    Also, theres a triathlon in August that my friend and I are talking about doing, that would be so much fun.

    no training today, I'll wait until tomorrow as I may be going out on a lake a little later with my g/f and her friend

    I did end up training today, I sneaked into my g/fs gym like I've done so many times

    Incline BB Press - 8x3

    Dips (triceps) - 5x5

    Military Press - 4x8

    Side Laterals - 4x8

    Abs; Captain's Chair aka Leg Raises (legs kept straight) 3x10

    no numbers, not necessary, wasn't too pleased with the session but it will make due. Wednesday is my next session

    We should race I'm probably going to do a mini triathalon this summer because I'll have a pool and a bike at my disposal, and the running will be no problem.

    I'll be interested to see if the program helps your bench. It seems odd that the only time you do it is when you max out. Won't you be 'out of practice'?

    Tonight I rode bikes with a few friends, Paulie was in there as well.

    We rode a total of 11.11 miles in about an hours time, it was a pretty leisurely ride, we even had a bunch of off road riding which was pretty fun considering it was really dark and we couldn't see our hands in front of us I'm surprised none of us fell in the river next to the path

    Anyway, thats all the exercise that I've done today, tomorrow or Thursday we will probably ride as well, and tomorrow I even have a training session as well before work
