    No question u dont know the anwser to is a stupid question. A rotator cuff is the ball and socket joint of the shoulder, i do warmup exercises w a 5lb Dumbell hoping they wont get injured doing heavy presses.

    Just a question bro, sorry if you have mentioned this and I have been too lazy to find it, but are you mixing a heavy low rep day then a "lighter" higher rep day for the same bodypart. it's just I noticed the variation with your chest workouts that's all.
