    WOW yall! I didnt check my log bc i havent been writing down my sessions, but u guys STILL SUPPORT ME! You guys are !!!!!!!!!

    Thanks so much for still supporting me!

    Heres the update.

    Yes i have been training, it hasnt been my normal routine so much, i have been trianing what i feel making sure i do legs 2 times a week nd back for thicness as well, when it comes to chest day i have been slowly adding more weight in teh form of cable crossovers just to get blood in the area to heal it. shoulder day has been great than God too, the strain(which i think is mostly healed now) hasnt effected my upright rows at all, but my presses are down just bc i downt want to push them up yet so i superset them with my upright rows for a killer pump.

    Sorry i havent been writing down my sessions guys.

    I will start back with them tomorrow, back for thickness and bis!

    Big nasty. No my routine is more or less changing every week. I do a push pulls kinda split one week then ill do a bodypart split the next is usually how i run it.

    CJU... LOL naw man no body was staring man, its a lot a dudes waaaaaay stronger than me down at my gym bro, its a hand full of guys that can squat 600-800 depending on which guy it is

    Big nasty... I do that from time to time yea its difficult to do bro, but a greta burn!

    i did chest and tris today just took my chest as far as i could so here was the workout

    Rotator cuff warmups
    Flat BB bench
    135x30,10 225x10,10 275x8,6,5 225x8,6

    cable cross overs
    70x15, 10 50x15

    Close grip tricep presses
    110x10, 160x10, 180x8, 5, 160x8, 6

    Didint rest much bc i knew i wasnt goin to hit as many sets as i normally do so rests were a minute and under for this workout.

    that bench is still huge man!! no doubt about it, and I'm still amazed everytime at the amount of weight you can do after hitting chest so heavy. Solid session Ben!

    Stes and reps were specefied by the program. Only wore a belt and wrpas where specified also.

    crunches
    2 sets 25 reps

    Squat
    135x12, 225x10, 315x8(belt) 405x6(belt and knee wraps) 455x4(belt and knee wraps, 495x3(belt and knee wraps)

    deadlifts
    225x8, 315x4,3,3

    T bar rows
    100x10, 125x8, 150x6, 175x4, 200x3, 225x2

    Shrugs
    225x10, 315x8Wrist wraps, 405x6belt and wraps, 455x4belt and wrist wraps

    barbell curls
    110x10,8,6, 130x4

    seated calves
    135x15,15,12,12,10

    streached and that was it folks!
