    Ok so heres the deal, i have been busy with things and i have been slipping on diet not really sure what ive been eating my fruit and veggies have been down, my diet just isnt what it should be! SO!

    I am going to school to be a dietecian and definately know how to make myself a diet, i just bever really thought to bc i was always eating desicent and able to support my training. UNTIL now i have been satified w what i do in the gym this n that. I decided that i want to see where i can take it in terms of volume strength and size so im going to do my best to make myself a diet and to have it support my training so! with that said aint nuthin to it but to do it baby!

    No deadz today even though it was a thickness day i only do deadz every other week so i can get plenty of rows in! Thank God for strength baby!
    Assume my form is text book unless i say i cheated bc thats what i go for perfect form and max weight for reps in doing so.

    Barbell rows over hand grip hands 2 inches outside of shoulders
    135x15, 225x10, 245x10, 275x6

    Barbell rows underhand grip hands out wide
    225x10, 275x5, dropped it wanted more reps 225x10

    T bar in corner
    3 platesx10 4 platesx10, 5 platesx10

    DB rows
    105x10,10,8

    Barbell curls olympic bar
    95x10, 8, 8

    machine curls
    150x8, slight cheating so i dropped the weight 100x10, 8

    DB preacher curls
    25x10,10,8

    Ok that was all folks lil more volume than normal and i can feel it im kinda cramping here and their so i need to go get some more fluids, and get me some good ol food!

    Great strength on everything, although like Tweak said, we're both out-rowing your ass on DB rows so you better hop on that! I like the increase in volume but I just don't see the point in doing underhand and overhand rows. Other than that, keep hitting 'em hard brother!

    DB curls( for an overall pump on arms)

    Ok today was legs
    leg ext 100x30,15 just to warm up the knees

    squat

    machine lunges

    SLDL
    135x10,10,10,10

    laying leg curls

    315 for 7 that is phenomenal...I want 10 reps though dammit

    that incline is solid as hell too, and must I even comment on those massive close grips of yours, they are always so damn big and after such a heavy chest work...your strong as a bull, your strong enough to lift most papis women off him, but we wouldnt wanna do that cuz he likes the fatties

    as for that leg session, 4 reps with 455 you should go high reps one week, and when I say high reps I mean like 12 or 15!!! muahahahah

    Great machine lunges as always, but where is 225?? lol....I ask so much from you!!! DO ITTTT!!!!

    Chest and Arms = smashed

    Legs = smashed times 10 plus Line naked.....wait....what???

    That bench looks great! But I as well would love to see 315x10!! Thats lightweight Ben! Go for it next time! That incline is awesome as well, you put that 225 up like its nothin. Nice job man!

    And that leg session, my god, that leg session....455x4 is amazing! I noticed you havent gone really high on reps, so as Tweak said, maybe doing 12-15 reps on Legs would be alot different for you and damn, I bet you'll feel the pain and the pump. Keep up your massive sessions man, and good luck on keep your weight and BF in check!
