    DB rows hand on knee rather than on a bench
    105x10,10,10

    T bar machinebottom handles

    Top handles same machine

    Machine cambered bar curl one arm
    50x12,10,8

    DB curls
    45x8, 40x8, 30x12

    immediately over to fascia streaches
    15lb
    15 second streach 30 second contraction 30 second streach

    30 second rest

    10 second streach 15 econd contraction 20 second streach 25 second contraction 30 second streach

    Did some crunches and leg lifts

    Thats all folks another day andother couple a dollars

    Its a machine line. its plate loaded but its the actual bar u know when ronnie does his curl in COR its like that but plate loaded and i only use one arm.


    its my natural color, i hate u darkie

    Glex: its kinda akward at finst but u get use to it.

    Left arm being worked: right leg foward, right hand on right knee and kinda bend down keep the head foward or up.

    right hand being worked: left leg foward, left hand on left leg look up or foward and row w right hand

    Thats the best i can describe it bro!

    just out of curiousity, why arent you increasing weight as you go from 1 set to another and lowering your reps?

    how often do you deadlift?

    do you like bent over bb rows? i find that to be the best workout for my back thickness

    besides that.. nice workout

    Tweak

    Serb: i try and stick with 10 reps or so but i use really strict form, i usually put barbell rows in their once a week or so, i also do stiff leg deads on leg day so i dont do regualr deadlifts bc i do legs 2 times a week.


    Ok chest n tris n claves

    Rotator cuff warmups
    flat BB bench
    135x25,15, 225x10, 275x10, 315x9, 365x1, 415x0 i missed 405x1, 315x5, 275x10, 8, 225x23

    Close grip bench w cambered bar
    160x12, 180x10,8 160x10, 10

    fascia streaches

    pushdowns
    180x15 just for a blood pump

    Seated calf raise
    135x20, 180x15,15,12,10

    thats all folks another day another couple a dollars!

    Get that money in the gym yall!
