    Ok i did legs today. FOr thos ethat dont know i have a slight problem with my right knee thank God its only slight though. i cant squat but i canleg press.
    Line- It s the connective tissue an inch above my knee cap that holds it into place bro, i think i have some slight tears in it form heavy squats. Not sure ut thats my guess for the ,moment.

    Ok

    Leg ext
    100x30, 130x30, 200x30, 250x20

    Vertical leg press
    245x35, 270x30, 295x25, 320x20, 345x15, 370x13, 395x15, 420 i went to lift this off and i think i could of done 12 but i cramped up in my groin so i re racked it waited a min or so tried again and cramped agaiin so i unloaded the machine and said that was it for vertical leg press for the day i wanted to do 10 sets but inly got in 7 oh well i guess

    One legged leg presses on a normal but very old leg press(right leg,left leg)
    200x(15,15 ) 225x(15,15) 250x(10,10)

    Supersetted with

    Laying leg curls
    200x15,12,10


    last but not least

    SLDL
    135x12, 185x12, 225x10

    Did fascia streaches for hamstrings

    Did abdominals

    Thats all folks!

    Good to see you're working around your injury and still getting the most out of your workouts. Glad to see vertical and regular leg press don't bother you and your weights on both are fantastic (one-legged presses are hard as hell)! I've got some information on the lower extremity to look over so I'll look up what you've got going on in that knee of yours. Hopefully it's nothing too serious bro, until then: keep wrapping it up!


    PS: Don't wrap it up with the ladies; that's for fags like Papi.

    i don't know if anyone else sees it but I see you workin hard - having a knee problem and then gettin a cramp on vertical leg press, doin one-legged leg press supersetted with leg curls and then killin the hammys with SLDL and fascia stretching. I couldn't do it...but then I aint THE BigBen... You're earnin that paycheck mayne

    225x10, 315x4,2 i wsa really surprised at how weak i was form the exercises b4 this i can usually to 405 for 8

    biceps
    machine curls
    50x12,10,8

    DB curls
    45x12,40x12, 30x15drop 20x10


    ok chest and shoulders day
    rotator cuff warmups
    incline bench press
    135x20,10 225x12, 275x8,7 225x17

    upright rows
    145x 15,12,10

    SUPERSETTED WITH

    military barbell presses
    145x15,12,8
    their was no rest between sets or exercises just abck n forth

    Ok side llaterials supersetted w presses of the same weight
    first number is the reps for laterials second is for the presses
    45x20,20, 35x20,20 20x20,20

    close grip presses
    160x12,12,12,12,12
    fascia streaches or tris and thats all for that day

    ok today was legs
    leg ext

    Have you considered since you cant squat on Leg day to move your deadlift to leg day??? Just a thought.

    Damnnn, that's a lot to comment on. It's really hard for me to pick anything in particular out because you know you're strong with all your movements, however, your DB rows and shoulder movements are note-worthy, even for you. Shake off dem deadlifts, they'll come back. Keep going hard, bro. Glad you updated

    i can understand how your deads just couldn't match up coz doing 3 heavy back exercises mustv really drained the engergy outa ya. your incline bench is superb as always and you're really gettin to work with those supersets
