    sorry to hear bout your illness BB but good to see you up and going again, i had a similar incident i had strep and the flu two weeks ago and dropped 19 pounds in 4 days still haven't got back to 100%.....

    your looking strong on ur 1st week back bro

    WHOA! I have forgotten how strong you were Ben, and looks like you havent lost any strength at all from being sick. Nice job dude, thats some serious weight. Your 500lb deadlift will come soon enough, dont worry about Line and his fatness I DIDNT MEAN IT!! Im sorry Line, I shouldnt even be talking LOL

    Anyway, someday Tweak and I should go over to Illinois and train with you, that would be pretty awesome, since Tweak and I are the only ones who seem to be meeting MM members anyway.

    BB Rows look good though, so do the DB Curls...though I need to see some "I knock doors down!" weights in your next session

    Close-grips are tight, man. That's a lot of weight The rest of it's not bad for a makeshift session, either.

    DB shrugs
    105x20, 130x20, 160x12,12

    Thats all folks that session felt really good.
