    warmed up w some light one leg ext

    Front squat
    135x10, 225x12, 315x12, 10

    walking lunge w bar
    135x10 steps <--- did 3 sets like that total

    legpress
    300x30, 390x30, 480x30, 480x30

    laying leg curls
    200x12, 225x10, 8

    STLD w dumbells
    40x12,12,12

    Thats was all folks

    Rotator cuff warmups

    Flat bb bench
    135x20,10, 225x10,10, 275x10, 315x10, 6

    Incline bb press
    135x10, 225x10, 275x9, 315x3

    decline bb press
    225x12, 275x10, 315x10

    DB shrugs
    105x20, 130x20, 160x12,12

    Thats all folks that session felt really good.

    seated hammer curls

    Weight on the BB Rows and all of the Curling looks pretty sick. Glad to see you're getting back in form; I ain't skurred though

    push downs are strong mate and decline dumbell press keep at it bud

    Pulldowns like flex does in his first dvd legs back
    120x12,12,10,12

    Dead lifts both pals facing me wider grip tryin for upper back thickness
    225x8,8,8,8

    machine curls one arm did 8 reps wide w both arms but one at a time 8 reps close w both arms but one at a time then 12 reps w both hdans j went back and forth. that was one set then i did 3 total like that w 50 lbs

    bb curls
    90x8,8,8

    hammer db curls standing
    50x10, 55x8, 60x10

    Did abs and that was it

    Looks like a good solid workout there man. But why trying to use the deas to improve your upper back may i ask? Why not keep them as the lower back (all round) builder they are and implement another exercise, say, T-bars or Db rows pulled further foreward than usual to hit that area?. Whatever you decide to do, keep up the great work man.
