Hey Benny, still looking like the big strong Goliath you are buddy. Some powerful performances dominating these pages as always. Hope you're ok mate. I'll hopefully be sticking around for some time now and this log is still a massive source of inspiration to me, so i'll be coming back for more soon.

Sorry I've been missing out, bud!

Looks like you killed the legs pretty good. Your front squats completely put my back squats to shame

I liked the Flex Wheeler style pulldowns last back day

    Contract!

Those front squats are truly enormous Ben, as much as my back squat!! That sure is one brutal session but that's exactly what I've come to expect from my friend. Total all out war!!

Back works look great, BB although I curious as to why you didn't go heavier on DB Rows after the BB Rows were so heavy. Either way, every thing is still heavy as hell and you don't look like a slouch on that bicep work either

Basic and heavy, can't get more effective than that! Amazing weight on the BB rows man (I just can't seem to keep up with the guys on here on them ) But hey, it just gives me inspiration to work harder . Can't beleive you do three rowing movements in a "row" (Pun intended, haha). Thats insane! Keep up the awesome work man.
