    185x10, 225x10(TWEAK i had to push my ass off for 10 bro, but i remembered thats what u pushed me for bro that set was for u! 135x10

    Laying leg curls
    200x12, 225x10, 250x8

    Streached had a shake and now im home!

    machine lunges are just lunges in a smith machine, i do reps for the one leg, rack it, get my legs arranged then do the reps fr the other leg.

    Still making the humungous lifts I see Ben! 435 for reps on squat is awesome even without getting to 8! And all your other lifts are still as motivating as ever! I love coming into the logs it helps pep me up for my own sessions! Keep up the huge work man.

    hell yea ben getting that money baby!!! 10 reps on them lunges thats what I'm talking about man!!! I like that squat too man, so amazing and I really like how youve been shooting for more weight and more reps the last few weeks! Amazing man, 500x10 will come one day and you'll obliterate it man, I cant wait to see that. Man your legs are so damn strong, every aspect of them too, hammies, quads, shit I dont even wanna know what your calves can do, probably calve raise your entire gym! excellent session bro lets see that 435x8 or 9 next week man!

    hell yea look at that drop set off the 315 down to 225, thats hardcore right there. Hitting all those presses too man thats nutts, building that mass baby! Packin that meat onto those triceps too man, them kicks are just crazy, I dont know how you go to so heavy after crushing your triceps into submission after that brutality of a chest workout.

    Great workout man, keepin it hardcore YEA BUDDAH!

    great hardcore session BB! you went crazy on ur chest and tri session. awesome numbers and great amount of reps. 315 on Bench Press is killer, you should even up a bit more, i bet u can do it!
