MM - Thanks for the well wishes bro, it means a lot. Hopefully I'll get to fall asleep fairly soon (after having one more meal of course) and wake up feeling even better.

Pumba - Today I did them with just a regular BB which is why 195 was a high for me. When I do them on the Smith Machine (which happens from time to time) I go up to 225 for my working sets. I'm really trying to get to that point for my standard BB ones though so I'm going to try to stray away from the Smith for awhile. Glad you posted, bro

FF - To be honest, I actually like the way BB shrugs feel more because DBs tend to drag more along the sides of my pants than BBs do in front. I know that sounds weird but I just feel I get a better range of motion with barbells. I just haven't used dumbells in awhile so I figured I'd give them a shot again. Thanks for dropping by bro, always happy to see you post here.

    Oh, i'll be there.

Your shoulder presses are ridiculous; first time I did DB presses with Line after this summer I thought he had gone crazy and grabbed too much weight. I was wrong; it was an amazing jump

As per usual the weight isn't so much creeping up as shooting up with alarming regularity. Evenb when you weren't feeling great you still put up 405lb deads and more work besides. Incredible progression.

Fallen - Thanks bro, but it turns out I still wasn't recovered 100%. Hopefully sometime this week I'll be better because I still feel sort of weak.

Glex - Tomorrow we have legs if you're up for it. I remember that first day we were training shoulders LOL. Hopefully I'll be putting up even more weight soon; I think it's time for another jump.

Rocky - Always glad you find time to post here on the weekends, then again you post in pretty much every thread there is each weekend

I appreciate the kind words, Dan. Best of luck with the academy training in the coming weeks.

UPDATE: I trained chest and arms today after still being sick over the weekend. I really didn't feel that great took a more high-volume approach to things. I'm actually somewhat undecided about whether or not I want to even post it. I probably will in a little bit but I'm just feeling like I'm in a bit of a funk; like something's off.

    Pumba -

MM - Thanks bro. I'm feeling a little better each day but it's hard to see an actual doctor while I'm at college. I'm going home this weekend so hopefully that may help as well.

    Here's yesterday's session...

    Time: 9:20 pm

    Location:
    PSU White Building

    Duration: 1 hr 15 min

    Chest

    Set #2 - 95 pounds x 8 reps
    Set #3 - 110 pounds x 8 reps
    Set #4 - 110 pounds x 6 reps
    Set #5 - 75 pounds x 12 reps

Incline BB Press (felt really weak here)
    Set #1 - 135 pounds x 12 reps
    Set #2 - 165 pounds x 8 reps
    Set #3 - 185 pounds x 8 reps
...I could've done another set but just wasn't feeling it today.

    Set #4 - 40 pounds x 10 reps DROP 20 pounds x 8 reps

    Biceps
    One Arm DB Preacher Curls
    Set #1 - 20 pounds x 15 reps (each hand)
    Set #2 - 30 pounds x 10 reps
    Set #3 - 40 pounds x 8 reps
    Set #4 - 20 pounds x 12 reps

...that's it. Like I said, I'm still not feeling great and was in a bit of a funk today. I just can't find where my motivation is coming from and I'm a bit homesick. Luckily I get to spend three days at home this coming weekend. Today I'll try to get a leg session in. Until then, thanks for reading

CC - Thanks, bro. To be honest I think the funk has a lot to do with the O results. I know that sounds silly, but I've used Ronnie as motivation to fuel almost all of my workouts for the past few years. Something just doesn't feel right when I step into the gym now, and I'll be damned if I'm going to start watching Cutler videos before working out! LOL

Fallen - I haven't had elbow pain before this so I'm just assuming it's something mild and I probably didn't warm up properly. I appreciate your concern and I'll do my best to get my motivation back on track.

Tweak - I actually thought abut trying to toss around the 120's for 6 reps or so but was so fatigued already, probably because of the flu/cold I was getting over. I appreciate the comments though man, but like I said, I was less than thrilled with the session. If anything, I got a nice pump but next go around we'll see something far more heavier and more intense.

UPDATE: Sorry I haven't been around to all your logs, will do so again later tonight. For the first time in awhile I've been busy with school but that should subside soon. I'm actually going back to bed now because I only got an hour or two of sleep last night but I wanted to get a meal in quick. Later today I train legs with Glex. Until then, hit 'em up
