man I can't believe how many sessions of yours I have missed

crazy weight as always, youve gained quite a bit of strength back very quickly, its quite amazing. I keep telling you if you were to be more consistent that it would be very frightening at how strong you would get

Glex is creeping up on you with those rows of his you better fix it

great sessions and I wont miss any more sorry about that lack of posting

The biggest difference between you and me is you're you, and I'm me. I always win. Sorry bro.

He can't on DB rows...we maxed out the gym. Besides, his form still looks better anyway

Like I said before, thats a massive squat man. And sexy DB rows to

This is Papa Bear. Put out an APB for a male suspect, driving a... car of some sort, heading in the direction of, uh, you know, that place that sells chili. Suspect is hatless. Repeat, hatless.

Glex - Thanks for vouching for my depth...and for spotting me

Banshee - Yeah, I'm very proud of putting up a new personal best. Sure, the one on High-Rows meant something too but not nearly what it does for breaking it on Squats

Tweak - It's going to be hard to pass Glex anymore because we're running out of weight...time to up the reps I guess

No need to worry about the lack of posting. I'm not going anywhere for awhile so just stop in when you can

    Palmetto - I squatted 455; 450 shouldn't be a problem

Tim - I think a "wow" or "impressive" would've done the trick but I must say either way I appreciate the kind, yet disturbing words

CJU - Thanks bro, Pumba and I are racing to 500...I think I can beat him

TO - I just trained chest/shoulders/tris so I'm too tired to pat myself on the back...maybe tomorrow though. Maybe I can convince some young coed to give me a celebratory blowjob instead

Palmetto - Yes, 500 is the next goal. Me and Pumba are racing to 500 on squat and 350 on bench!

I feel weird because I've actually been going to my classes as of late. I haven't had much (or any) actual work due yet but it feels good to be going and taking in some information instead of sitting in my room playing Nintendo all day. Anyways, this basically means I'm more regimented than usual and my training is no exception. Here's today's Chest/Shoulders/Tris session.

    Date: 1.25.07

    Time: 8:15 pm

    Duration: 1 hr 15 min

    Chest
    BB Bench
    Set #1 - 135 pounds x 15 reps
    Set #2 - 185 pounds x 8 reps
    Set #3 - 225 pounds x 8 reps
    Set #4 - 245 pounds x 8 reps
    Set #5 - 245 pounds x 8 reps

    Incline DB Press
    Set #1 - 110 pounds x 8 reps
    Set #2 - 110 pounds x 6 reps (+1 rep spotted)

    Shoulders
    Seated DB Press
    Set #1 - 90 pounds x 8 reps
    Set #2 - 100 pounds x 5 reps (+1 rep spotted)
    Set #3 - 90 pounds x 8 reps

    DB Rear Delt Raises
    Set #1 - 35 pounds x 12 reps
    Set #2 - 45 pounds x 8 reps

    DB Shrugs
    Set #1 - 100 pounds x 10 reps
    Set #2 - 120 pounds x 8 reps

    Triceps
    DB Skull Crushers
    Set #1 - 40 pounds x 8 reps
    Set #2 - 35 pounds x 12 reps
    Set #3 - 35 pounds x 10 reps
    Set #4 - 35 pounds x 12 reps

...that's all for today. Overall I'm happy with today's session although I would've liked to have gotten more reps with the 110's on Incline and the 100's on Should Press. Also, I decided to incorporate the DB skull crushers because I had a strange feeling my right arm was falling behind (and I was right).

That's it for today though. Until next time: hit 'em up!

excellent bench, and its nice to see that your db presses are still at the 100s heavy weight as always, I like them shrugs too, considering you use some jacked up triangle grip bars

    my dumbell skulls > yours

inclines are blowing my mind very impressive work as always Joe

The biggest difference between you and me is you're you, and I'm me. I always win. Sorry bro.
