    damn Line 365 is great glad that after the first attempt you didn't just quit and went after it again. Incline presses must have been tough after bench but you still got heavy weights up

    Flex - I actually didn't like the path the bar was taking on the first attempt so I was pretty sure I could nail it the second time. That and I did some meth

    Tweak - I remember telling Glex I wanted to go lighter and do more reps on incline and I immediately picked up the 100's and busted out 12 pretty easily. I really wasn't expecting it at all! Thanks as always for the kind words, they mean a lot.

    Natureboy - Ha, thanks but I don't know about 400 anytime soon. Just trying to take things one step at a time.

    Paulie - We took a day off because my heal and ankle were pretty fucked. I ended up taking a 2 mile walk last night around 12:30 and things felt good enough to go today.

    Fallen - Good to see you back in here bro, but silly Messicans can't read; it was 335, not 365

    CJU - Yeah, the bench has been going up and up and thanks for the congratulations. Glad you stopped in.

    onebigE - Glad I could inspire you and you the same for me. I actually hit 500 on deads a week or two ago but I couldn't let you get away with beating me by 15 pounds

    So today was a real test because immediately when I walked into the locker area of the gym's building it felt like it was hot as balls. Sure enough, by the time we made it down the hallway to the gym doors I knew we were in for hell. Still, I remember back in highschool training in an old dungeon of a gym that was small as hell and very hot so this took me back to the good ol' days...

I downed a bunch of fast carbs after the session and drank it in the shower because I was sweating too much to hangout in my room right after the session.

    I've just slaughtered ten cattle with my bare hands and eaten their stomachs in honour of your P.B's and those amazing front squats. Shiiiiiit they're off the Richter.
