    that was a pretty sweet session. I cant wait to see some weight on those dips either, gotta get those goals! Doing flat press at the end was pretty good too, you should have tried a set or two of the tweak press, that feels great. You better make that cardio more intense next time too, I want to see some 300 calories in 15 minutes...DO ITT!!!

    good session Paul, you got a little stronger from last week and that is good, your dips got slightly weaker by 2 reps but that is ok since you went heavier on Incline DB Press but next week I expect to see some weight, I dont care if you keep all the reps at 6 I want to see SOME kinda weight on there.

    I have a Bluetooth Wireless adapter that connects my phone to my computer, and I can transfer my images and video from my phone to my computer. Thats how Tweak and I got our sweet videos!

    Your db row is pretty good, and thats good you didnt need your straps for those. Good job on your deads too, and you do need to learn how to kick those dumbells up a lot better still. Its not hard I dont understand what your problem is I dont know how many times I've showed you your cable row was pretty good as well...back for thickness was a good workout indeed. Good job on those abs as well at the end, you need to start doing those cable pulley crunches like we did that one day that you really hate, get your core strong baby!

    you did dominate those Dips, thats awesome you can finally add some weight on those. Total Dominaton.
    Your skullcrushers also improved and that is awesome as well considering that your still dieting, you got stronger in about everything it seems. Those cable curls you do are pretty much fantastic arent they.
    All great poundages and reps as well Paul, I give you a total dominating effort today. Tonight we will get some sweet pics and I will tell you if you should continue dieting or not.
