    Very complete workout youve got there Paulie. Great job on those side raises, the drop set was a painful one Im sure and hmmm...wide grip cable rows...havent done those in a while. May have to do them in honor of you!

    your chinups still suck, you need to improve those already

    nice military press and shrugs in this workout, also those wide grip rows are looking good.

    ^ I havent trained my hams very intense in ahwile. And I only did 2 sets on the smith machine, then the guy was done with the squat rack so I went over there.

    LOL @ the lover's quarrel.

    I thought it was a good session Paulie, Tweak just expects a lot out of his love ones. Nice one on the calves. So were all of the sets Smith squats or just the first two??(I thought just the first two)

    Yea just the first two were smith squats. Then I noticed the guy was done at the squat rack so I ran over there. hehe.
