    I started falling asleep around 25 minutes

























    Actually it was 10pm, the gym was closing and I was to scared to finish out my 2 minutes because I didnt want anybody to get angry.

    I just got back from doing some cardio. It was a pretty sweet session, pretty intense. And today is my high carb day, and my day off from weights.

    Stair Stepper - 30 mins. - Grade: A
    Treadmill - 10 mins. - Grade: A
    ^ Incliine at 7, started at a speed of 3, then worked my way up to 6

    Hey Paulie, poked around the last couple of pages and I like what I see

    You've got good strength all over, especially in your legs and shoulders.

    Not afraid to do cardio, either, and you've been getting in some great stuff there. I didn't see anything less than 25 minutes, which is a good lower limit.

    Nice barbell curls brotha! That has always been a weak area for me. 95 is pretty damn good! Glad to hear that you had a blast at the ASC! Man, I was offered a free flight, hotel, Press pass to UFC, but had to pass cause I skipped out of work the following weekend to go to Pride. I have clients competing this weekend, so I had to be around for them. I'll be out there next year.

    Nice curls pauls, 95 is a good weight bud. I think you could of done a few more dropsets on those pushdowns though

    - This was a good session. My military press went up and my side raises went up as well. I tryed to do more on chins and it was pretty difficult, I cryed a little But here was my session.

    Story Time: While I was on the stair stepper, there was an older man that jumped on the stair master in front of me. He had headphones on with a radio, and an american flag bandana around his forehead. As soon as he started the stair stepper, he started wobbling around and bouncing up down, it was like he was groovin' big time to his music while he was on the stair stepper. He was even stepping right at all, he was just doing some kind of hip movement and wobbling around, some kind of dancing. I thought he was going to fall off the stair stepper! But he caught himself everytime before he fell back to far. It was almost like he was extremely drunk. It was probably the funniest shit ive seen in a long time at my gym.

    First, congrats on the PB in this past session. Also, it was great meeting you guys this weekend, you were pretty much exactly how I had pictured both of you so it was really easy to get along (except for that bastard Tweak who kept running through the crowds ). Don't be hard on yourself at all for your Benching, your pressing work still looks very good.


    At the story. I love people who really get into their music and make a fool out of themselves...especially drunks.
