    haha yea I do think my hips are just naturally wider and my bone frame is a little wider.

    My waist right now is only 31 - 31 1/2 and you've seen the picture where I clearly have abs. At the most I think my waist is only going to get 31, and if I was dieting for a show maybe, just maybe I could see 29, but then again thats only with like 4%. No worries though, I have abs, thats the whole goal here.

    UPDATE

    Wednesday I did my full body workout followed by some dominating cardio.

    Thursday, I did some more cardio.... like 45 minutes total between the Stair Stepper and the Treadmill.

    Friday, My last full body session for the week and some cardio afterwards. I think I did like 20 minutes on the Treadmill.

    And today... Did some cardio, 30 minutes on the Treadmill... 360 cals. burned, I jogged probably 75% of the time, and I think my endurance is coming back So now when Tweak and I run more on the track, it wont be so bad next time. And I did 10 minutes on the bike
