    - My first training session of the week. It went really well. As you can tell, it was pretty intense, Tweak and I didn't mess around with time.

    that was a pretty sweet workout, I'm going to post my shortly after I'm done commenting in logs

    I didn't realize we really did all those supersets You actually forgot a drop set from the pullups to the pulldowns domination.

    Tomorrow we shall dominate again, hopefully our calves aren't too sore

    Good job on bench press as well along with keeping up

    Metabolic Training - August 8th

    Heres the Circuit:

    1. Tire Flips + two foot jump in and out of it - 5 flips
    2. Finger Tip Grip Shrugs with Logs - 15 seconds nonstop reps
    3. Leg Throw Downs (ab exercise where Tweak throws my legs and I can't let them hit the ground) 15 reps
    4. Pushups on a decline (feet up on tire) 20 reps
    5. Gorilla Spin - hands on big tire going around , basically an agility exercise (got pretty dizzy everytime ) 15 seconds

    10 seconds rest between each exercise

    30 seconds between each circuit

    repeat each circuit 4 times

    After the 4 sets of the circuit:

    2 Suicides

    Finger Tip Walks holding logs
    100 yards
    4 sets total, 400 yards total, last set was so hard I dropped the left one like 10 times (my forearm is pretty tight right now)

    Then 1 1/4 mile run

    - This session, our whatever you want to call it, was really good. We increased the intensity more than last time, so it was a bit harder. My favorite was the gorilla spins cause I would almost fall over every time It was good shit tonight, I feel good about accomplishing all that

    Next time it will be even harder

    you did the tire flips easier this time, and you were jumping in and out of them easier as well it seemed.

    The suicides about killed you

    nice job on the mile plus 400 meters, next time we'll shoot for 1 3/4 mile and next week, the big boy. 3 miles muahahah

    A little update:

    I benched 200 x 2 for 4 sets yesterday.

    I'm doing sets of 6 on chins.

    I'll be box squatting 205 for sets of 3 on Thursday

    And... I'll weight myself and get my waist measurement tomorrow.
