    Chest and Back

Good day today, I threw in deads which I havent done since H.S. and it felt good. If yall have anymore suggestions on lat excersizes that I could throw in please let me know, I need to get them to come up b/c that is by far my weakest point. I was going to do wide grip pull ups but like always the gym was packed and I couldnt get to the pull up station. Oh well...another day.

    Bench Press- 1x6- 200 lbs., 2x5-215 lbs., 2x4- 225 lbs.
    Deads- 10x135 lbs., 10x225 lbs., 5x300 lbs., 2x315 lbs.
Incline Bench- 8x155 lbs., 6x165 lbs., 3x200 lbs. (Start with 165 lbs. next session)
Close Grip Lat. Pulldowns- 8x140 lbs., 6x150 lbs., 6x160 lbs. (Move up 10 lbs. next session.)
Iso. Lat Chest Press- 8x250 lbs., 6x270 lbs., 4x300 lbs.
T-Bar Rows in the Corner Ronnie Coleman Style (minus Ronnie Coleman weight)- 10x100 lbs., 6x150 lbs., 4x200 lbs.

Thats it, tomorrow is legs and tris, they are gonna get BLASTED...holla.
FOOTNOTE: I weighed this morning on an empty stomach right after my shower and before breakfast and I came in at 183. That is a gain of 5.5 lbs. in a week. Last week when I started my bulk I weighed 176.5 so I think my bulk is working rather well. I still have to get all the cals and all those numbers up for yall.

Wow, congrats on the weight gain and it looks like your exercise selections are pretty solid bro. I take it you're doing the same thing as me and going heavy on the last sets in order to increase your overall strength to help later in the bulk.

T-Bar rows are good man (LOL and the Ronnie thing) but I would also suggest either doing BB or DB rows and wide-grip pulldowns if you can't do pullups. To me it's actually kind of funny because even when our gym is packed, no one is ever doing pullups

    Nice job my Bulking Buddy

Still firing in some huge exercises and numbers Palm. Major numbers being thrown about in here. Glad to hear the bulking is going well too. I expect to see these numbers get as big as your physique mate. Nice work.

    Squat and Bis!!

I have to say, I felt awesome today because I trained in my school gym and there wernt any soccer moms or prick bitches. Trained hard and fast. I felt kinda sick towards the end when I was about to do SLDL's so I scratched those off. I felt fever sick, not sick from lifting, I still had some in me. Just started to feel achy. I think I will take tomorrow off to let my body recouperate. I really don't wanna get sick. LEG DAY!! (Mango, take notes.)

    Squat
    4x5-240 lbs.
    3x255 lbs.
    2x2-270 lbs.
    1x315 lbs.

    Sitting DB Bicep Curls
    10x35 lbs.
    8x40 lbs.
6x45 lbs. (Start with 40 lbs. next session)

Leg Press (Feet set high to concentrate on Hammys
    10x315 lbs.
    10x405 lbs.
    6x495 lbs.

    Standing E-Z Bar Curls
    10x85 lbs.
    8x90 lbs.
6x95 lbs. (Start w/ 90 lbs. next session.)

    Walking DB Lunges
    110 lbs. and 130 lbs.

    21's
    85 lbs.
60-45 lbs. (Strip 5 lbs. off after set.)
    <<DROPSET>> 50lbs. on preachercurls.

That's it...FELT AWESOME. I'm back into the swing of things now. Ain't nobody gonna hold me down.
