    Amped's Log

    New Place, New Log, New weigths and today was the MAX DAY for the Bench and I thought I was ready.

    Walk in 135lbs for warmup
    325 x1
    330 x1
    DONE- I used to max 345, so I was a little disappointed and there is no way I am gonna hit my 400lb mark. Just a little pissed.

    After that I left. Slept for my nightworks. Which that is where I am now!!


    When the game is on the line.....Winners want the ball!!

    man 330 is huge, thats great man, you'll get to 400 man just keep hittin it hard.

    yea cause tweak benches 415 ..

    my numbers arent that high just yet

    my highest bench was 295 ..i weight 150 and im 5' 7"

    Weight Gained as of 10-3-06:
    14 pounds from 148.

    330x1 means one set or 1 rep???

    Although, massive weight.

    330's still a mighty, mighty bench man and you'll be back up to your PB in no time flat.

    Hey, since I never really kept track of any logs over at that other place, do you train mostly for strength or size? Take care man, keep pushing (and pulling) them monster weights.

    all supersets damn man, I bet this session went quick too. Your Close grip is awesome man, same with the Hammers. Nice to see somebody hittin those spyder curls as well man. Hit those calves hard too man, bet you were walkin outta there funny! lookin good bro

    nice session. when i do arms, i switch it up. one week i do bis and tris, next week i do bis with shoulders and tris with back. this way i can fully hit the arm and not have them feel like jelly towards the end of the workout. as far as ur maxe bench day went, im not sure exactly how u workout out that day, meaning how long of a break u took inbetween sets, supplements or gear taking b4 hand but to me it didnt seem u gave ur muscles a chance to really max out. maybe try to keep ur warm up the same. do more of a moderate weight for 2 sets. then go to ur one rep max. moderate isnt 10-20 lbs less. i mean 50-75 lbs less. then with a long rest period inbetween (3-5 min), i think u can jump ur press.

    Quality session Amped, nice work load. Supersetting for 10 is awesome work friend. That must have given a great pump in the arms.
