    ^^ I'll post my video and you'll see that you kinda have to lock your legs and hips as one motion. I find it hard to do myself. But as long as you are keeping your weight on your heels and back flat it seems to be about straightening the legs and the hips simultaniously.

    1. Love ur home gym! spacious and prime for throwing weight around!
    2. Those overhead presses were great! and u have shoulder injury!?
    3. Thick bar dumbell rows look hard as shit...god stuff!!
    4. Nice benching!!

    Shoulder hasn't played up since I gave it a rest over Xmas. But we'll see once I get back to 1.5xBW on the bench. And the home gym works well, but I need a step to train calves on properly and to do step-ups (currently use the bench) and wouldn't mind a glute ham raise.

    Lionheart and Samoan: the video music is "The Blood of Cu Chulain" from the Boondock Saints soundtrack. It is essentially traditional Irish music. Word of advice: don't criticise the Irish! The last people to do that ended up getting blown up!

    Plus I hate the Rocky soundtracks. Eye of the Tiger is just lame as a workout track, aside from the opening 30secs it is cheesy pop music, not lifting music.
