    ^^ Thanks Hypo.

Didn't do C&J's last night. I'm biasing toward my "good" left leg at the moment and that is what was causing the knee twinge. I'll give it a rest for a week and then start again. I also did box squats (20-21") for the first time since I tore my hammys at Xmas. I've concluded I need more core work for the first time ever.

    C&J
    20kg x5
    40kg x5
    60kg x2

    Front squat
    60kg x5
    80kg x5
    100kg x3
    120kg x1
    120kg x2
    120kg x2
120kg x1 (will go a bit lighter on these next time)

    supersetted with

Donkey SL calf raise (+10 both legs)
    40kg x8
    60kg x8
    60kg x8
    60kg x8
    60kg x8

    Box squats
    120kg x3
    140kg x2
    160kg x4
    160kg x4

    Hammy curls
    20kg x10
20kg x10 (these felt light, my hammys are getting better!!)

    supersetted with

    Standing calf raises
    160kg x10
    160kg x10

Pickle: well I could never do anything to fix my weaknesses.......... I actually want to do GHR's but lack the equipment. I'm going to make something soon to do the natural GHR's.

Adam and Miami: It felt different to do Front Squats. I'm lacking a little thoraic mobility and keeping the elbows high is hard. Or I could be lame and use the cross over grip.

PV: They pretend to be at least. I expect to add somewhere in the order of 20kg to them over the coming months.

Lionheart: They are getting there. I hope it will carry through to the deadlift soon. These little light deadlifts are killing my ego.

Big days of woodworking these past three days. Amazing the difference in energy and grip. Only one grade of sanding to do, then grain sealer, then stain, then laqueur, then polish sanding, then finished.

It will take me sooooo long to beat any of you guys as far as benching goes.

She really looks like someone set her face on fire and put it out with a bike chain.

Aww common guys. My bench isn't that good. I'm just glad that I can bench without shoulder pain at the moment. Plus I've gotten a lot better at maintaining a contracted middle and lower trapezius during the movement which is doing wonders.

^^ It's year of the patronising bastard again??

I'm only maxing at just over 1.5xBW, which is not that great. Admittedly I could do better with a few things added to the program.

Great Pullups and bench like always.. And the BB curls must have been pretty damn eavy after the pullups?
Great work and keep it up (no doubt you will)
