    Thanks for all of the great comments and support bros. The calf workout is hell Tweak, I've been training hard for years know and I'm making good progress here lately. I will try my best to post some measurements early next week.

    Shrugs 3/10/225 lbs
    Chins 2/10/Body Weight
    Incline Bench Press 5/5/185 lbs 2 warmup sets of 135
    Incline DB Press 3/12/50's
    Concentration Curls 3/10/30's
    Pushdowns 3/15/50 lbs

    good session man, some great numbers, especially on the deadz. 5 sets of 5 reps with 275, is hardcore. keep it up man!

    keep this up man! Deadlift is looking very solid, same with Shrugs man! Those inclines are lookin great too bro, keep this up.

    yeah not right now, I kinda have a problem they build to fast. I now that sounds stupid but they were getting to big for the rest of my body. I do train them just not very often. Thanks for noticing though.
