    It makes little sense to do two sets with the same weight for a warm up.

    And what extactly is a legg press with barbell?

    I don't have a leg press machine so I take a barbell and place it behind my legs and with an overhand grip bring it up to my ass. It's very hard and you can't use allot of weight, but it works the same muscles.

    Big squat mate, u use lot of weight in there. What impress me much is 5 sets for 8 reps.

    Hack squat before back squat???? LOL, HEAVYYYYYYYYYY baby.

    Your quads should be burning. Great leg workout but...what about hams?

    Hey guys just wanted to post a workout. I haven't taken any time off I just haven't been posting it up here, I been keeping my log on another computer with some personal trainging software. Here's the latest workout:

    Exercise Sets Reps Weight
    Squats 3 5 275,285,295
    Bench Press 3 5 225, 235,245
    Deadlifts 2 5 315,335
    Dips 2 8 Body Weight

    Add-ins
    Lying French Curls 2 10 95
    Preacher Curls 2 8 95
    Concentration Curls 2 8 30 lbs db

    Cardio
    Treadmill 20min 1.15 miles
