    Just starting to deadlifts again on a regular basis after a long time away from it, so I've lost quite a bit of strength. But it'll come back pretty quick... I hope

    That is what happens when you start to favor one excercise instead of the other. While I did more and more rows I skipped deadlifts totally.

    For me arm training is just something that has to be done quickly.. Think it's been over a week since my last workout

    great stuff. i have to disagree aswell...i love training arms. doing high reps on triceps hurts especially...but it hurts so good.

    nice session bravo, good numbers, and good reps, but i have to disagree on ur comment about training arms being boring, i think it is awesome, it is one of my favorites to train, because i always get a great pump.
