    Leg press and Front Squats to follow as well? damn, that takes a lot of effort.

    Yeah well.. I'm going up against at least one dude with a big pair of wheels so I better get my shit together if I want to have a small chance not being pwned onstage.

    On a side note I felt that squat was easier after doing stiff-legged deads.

    inclines are great, dbs and bbs, nicely done right there Nicolai

    bench press that far into everything and still some pretty descent weight to boot, props for smashing teh rest pause.

    I don't doubt for a second your leg conditioning will be your strength on stage.

    I'm using secret stuff from teh Muscletech.
    It must be that 'Anator P-70' stuff they've just released, apparently they say it can make you add 10kg of muscle in 17 hours, grow 5" taller and become king of the world. Sounds like good stuff. :keke:

    Well I must admit that I actually like it. It gives me a pretty good drive all through training and makes me vascular as hell.
