    I try to keep it simple but living in the army, our chow food doesnt cut it and I don't have the luxury of eating and recoverying how i'd like to. so thats why I use a pre-post workout/whey and t bomb just for fun

    sometimes ill use Creatine, but i want to get as far as i can without suppliments before i use them regularly

    Met rx - amped, Met Rx size up protein.

    Get a good pump w cell tech , bsn explode but the best pump i get with amped and No shotgun.

    Everybody is diffrent all protein work for me, almost any creatine works for me.

    The secret in getting big is saying ur prayers, sleeping 10 hours a day, work out 5 to 6 times a week, read books and educate yourself. Start eating and breathing bodybuilding. Eat on time, 6 meals and take ur suppliments on time.

    im mixing Cytosport Muscle milk collegiate with pure CEE, and sometimes 1-2scoops of Controlled labs glycergrow, before and after a workout
    helps a CRAP load
