I didnt know he was 40, I thought he was a young rising bodybuilder like Phil Heath.

It is definately refreshing to see him train with good form instead throwing weights around like branch warren in unchained. The way tony trains is way I can relate to, pausing on side laterals and feeling the muscle work. I'm big fan of branch, ronnie, and jay's physique but I just can't relate to the way they train.

Sacrificing weight in this vid because hes not using straps as well. I believe Branch, ron, and jay use good form for majority of their training but we usually get to see them when they use bad form especially Branch in his new vid so he can impress an audience.

good video, rly nice form on each exercise.Thats what im also trying to do,moving the weight with the muscles im training,not throwing it around...

Actually it is quite old in pro bodybuilding. All the guy's usually are at their prime at mid/late 30's. But in "normal life" 40 is not old yet. Now don't get me wrong, you can look great even at your 40's.
