    Seated timbo, i dont like doing dumbell presses standing with both arms, i like doing those with one hand, once i feel my shoulders are 100 % healthy again im gonna start doing one handed standing presses

    Happy with the presses, went to the gym with less then 24 hours between sessions, did a lot of pressing sets last night, didnt sleep much( by my standards) and only had a protein shake prior to the workout, im confident that if i go in the afternoon after a day of rest and at leat 3 meals in me, i could crank out more reps!
