    We all do, non or less it's some Unilateral work, stabilitation. It's really good. You can compare it abit to all the pistol squats that sentinel used to do.

    I'm not saying that it should be all out sets, just do 3-5 sets of high rep, with a good form. The weight is not really that important.

    I dont have much room in my gym, might do stationary lunges next time around


    Just did 35 min fastpaced walk on a empty stomach with my gf outside. was fun

    Please tell me you got the sarcasm, I was going for a backhanded compliment.

    Repping out deadlifts is always tough on the grip. Grip is affected by so many things. Getting 10 reps in week 1 isn't bad at all.
