    100kgx0, legs were too tired to properly push, but getting used to the 100kg!

    130kgx1, very easy rep, but my spotter had his hands on the bar, so no pb yet
    130kgx1, bit harder, needed help in the sticking point, bout 6 inches of my chest

    100kgx2, last one help through sticking point

    Tricep pushdowns, hands bout 4 inches apart, kg not important, diff weight stacks in diff gyms

    keep it that way!


    Strength training is like pushing a button on a elevator. You only need to do the action of pushing the button once in order to gain a response. Pushing it more and more will NOT speed up the process.
