    That's a lot for triceps. Mine don't grow unless I punish the hell out of 'em, too Just make sure you're not overdoing them.

    I know i can do 28kgx6 but i need to look out for my shoulders because of a history full with injuries....slowly but surely i will increase weight on these man!!
