    Had a mediocre workout today

    I think it is because my fuckedup sleeping patterns and eating because of the week off i got from school

    70kgx6 130poundsx8....these were done pretty fast to build a awesome pump..thats why they reps went down.

    Behind the head dumbell ext both hands

    2 sets of 30kgx6...damn im tired and out of energy

    Rope pushdowns

    My hams and lowerback are stiff like fuck because of the deadlift session and i dont know if i will be ready to do quads tommorow
