    great back and bicep work man but if 22kg are the biggest db in the gym u need to get out of there if u have the possibility!!

    hahahahaha i know guys.......that's why starting monday im gonna focus on only barbell movements to increase overall strength and when my contract ends (march/april?)i will move to aq gym with bigger dumbells and go only dumbells for a while...

    Monday......CHEST and SHOULDER DAY!

    bench press
    -barx15
    -40kgx12
    -60kgx10
    -70kgx8
    -80kgx6
    -90kgx3......spotted

    Low inlcline flye's
    -14kgx12
    -22kgx7
    -16kgx10
    -22kgx6

    Incline bench
    -barx15(warmup)
    -40kgx12
    -50kgx10
    -60kgx7
    -70kgx5
    -80kgx3

    Military press
    -barx12(warmup)
    -40kgx8
    -50kgx6
    -50kgx6
    -60kgx4...finished it up with standing dumbell press 14kg till failure(one set)

    Side laterals
    -7kgx12
    -9kgx10
    -12kgx6.......drop set.......7kgx6
    -12kgx6.......drop set.......7kgx5

    Upright rows(wide grip)
    -3 sets of 30kgx12

    That was it and felt pretty good....couldn't go too heavy on military because of exhaustion of front delts because of chest training.

    Hopefuly tommorow is legs and abs!

    damn ure strenght is improving man!! good flat and incline pressing there, no doubt about it, nothing shabby about the military either, and damn i love those drop sets when doing side laterals, nothing burns like that

    Bench is going up really nicely. Those military's are strong too after all the pressing work before it!

    Were do you train atm..? because Den haag got some good places to train if i can remember it correctly

    fit all day right behind holland spoor. it's5 min a foot from my house....but there is a new one that just opened at bierkade...8 min in the tram...im gonna check that out!!heard dumbells go to 50kg!!

    Had a great leg session today!

    Squats
    -barx12(warmup)
    -40kgx10
    -60kgx10
    -80kgx8
    -100kgx4-5
    -110kgx2
    -120kgx1----pb for this log!used to do 140kgx1 but that was back before i worked in the summer........will hit that number by dec 30th!

    Leg curls
    -80poundsx12(4 sets)

    Leg extensions
    -4 sets(can't remember weights...started at half the stack ended with whole stack drop set half stack)

    Stiff leg deads
    -60kgx8
    -80kgx6
    -100kgx4
    -80kgx6

    Calf press machine
    -275 poundsx12(4 sets)

    Was feeling my legs like crazy boy!!
    Went like planned and plan on doing 130 next week!!

    great job on getting the pb on squats man we all lose strength sometimes but the real strength comes when we can get it back lol ok not that profound but if u can push past that barrier u were once at u'll definately be stronger. Your strength is improving from what i can see keep it up and do get out of that gym. Good sessions man!

    hmm. this might be a bugger to you, but if you do acquire huge legs
    be prepared to have lots of rashes, lol. i used to have huge legs, and running or walking around lot, my large legs would rub my balls, get a rash constantly
    im surprised ronnie or jay or even the other pros dont have that problem, after a while it fucking hurts.

    but those squats are pretty damn impressive bro,
    calve presses are pretty considerable with your weight
    stiff legs 220lbs impressive as well
