    Today did chest and triceps

    - Bench press 5x5............ 5x80 5x85 5x90 3x100 5x90
    - Incline dumbell press 3x8............ 8x30 6x34 6x34
    - Close grip bench press 3x8......... 10x50 8x60 4x70 dropset 12x40
    - One handed extensions 3 set of 12 per arm

    Also did some crossovers to pump chest up at the end and some light pushdowns to finish up tri's

    Tommorow rest and then squat/leg day!

    Im gonna progress first till i get all 5x5 90kg and hen 5x5 100kg, no point of going higher right now

    Same thing for squat and deads, but i like throwing a 3 rep set in there to go a bit heavier,

    so 5x 5x 3x 5x 5x

    Like that, i hope to reach that sequence benchin 5x100 3x110kg

    Squating 5x140 3x160 PRevious pb for squats is 160

    Deads 5x180 3x200..

    Day #3 (Legs)

    - Squats 5x5... 5x100 5x100 3x120 5x100 5x100
    - Leg press 4x8 ... 120kgx15 160kgx12 200kgx8 240kgx4 (failure)
    - Leg extensions 3x10 ... 12x40 10X50
    - Lying leg curls 3x8... 10X40 10X40 8x45
    - Calf raises 3 sets of 12


    Session went good, gettin some more power in my legs back, soon i will be back at top form!

    Not doing much ham work cuz they get a lot of indirect work in the deads session

    - Seated bent over laterals 3x8.......... 10x8 10x10 8x12
    - Seated Side raises 3x8.......... 10x8 10x8 8x12( standing)
    - Hammer curls 3x8 ............. 12x22 10x26 8x28 PB
    - Concentration curls 3x10 .......... 10x8 10x10 8x12


    Also did some shrugs and some front raises but light just to pump up. Also did some abs
