    Last chest, delts and tri workout..did it on wednesday, gonna take two days off to recover, cuz its been like 6 days straight that i have been at the gym so...

    Pressdowns with Vbar
    did 3 sets...10-8-6...

    did some cardio and got out....im leaning out pretty good and havent lost much strength so im happy

    Legs on saturay!

    Got some great news, my school offers a 6 month exchange program and i get to go to texas state university this fall!!

    Anyone live around that area? i know hypo does!

    ^^ thanx man! my shoulders fuck up my bench big time, i explained a couple of weeks ago why, my let shoulder has been dislocated 6 times and the ligaments are weak as shit so it hurts when i bench heavy and i have bad balance and control and obviously my left is weaker once i get tired in a set benches, this doesnt happen when i use dumbells

    Did 20 minutes cardio and burned 250kcals, all in 100 minutes , took some time to rest before doing cardio so the pump could subside

    Seated strict dumbell curls

    Did some concentration curls with 12kg to get a pump

    20 minutes cardio and got out
