    Had a good back workout today

    Lower back was hurting abit so i didnt do deads, instead i did some barbell rows, its been awhile since i did some good rows

    Barbell rows
    barx10 WU
    40kgx10 WU

    Neutral wide grip behind the neck pulldowns
    60kgx10
    70kgx8
    70kgx8..really contracted hard and felt awesome

    Shoulder width pulldowns with good squeeze

    70kgx7
    60kgx7...back was tired...

    Low cable rows
    80kgx8
    90kgx6
    100kgx6

    Tried something new, to help muscle up my upperback and stimulate some growth in the rear delts, which i feel are lacking( thanx to not being able of really hitting them because of old injury's)

    Face pulls( thanx for reminding to write it tim :gaysign: )

    Bent over concentration curls ( a la arnold)

    What sort of move?

    Also another move that will add some meat to the upper back is bench shrugs or incline bench rows. Basically set up a bench at 45 degrees, using either DB's or a BB or a low chest press machine, either do shrugs or rows .

    Oh and awesome sessions, make the most of those

    nice session dude but aren't those too many sets for biceps after all that rowing etc? Just a thought.

    ^^it's been awhile since i have done so much for biceps, need to schock them a bit, i feel i am neglecting my arms a bit...gonna up the intesnsity and a bit of vilume to see if they grow a bit

    hahaha, its all good man volume is awesome!

    today is chest and abs!

    I got me some pain in the lowerback...like real pain, but only on the right side, its less today, but less nite i coulb barely sit or sleep, gonna take it easy on the lower back this week...

    I had to stretch to extreme limits to take a clock of one of my walls ot change the time...think i overstretched...2 hours later i was benching....so yeah...im gonna take 3 days off..
