    pullups weighted

    v-handle pulldowns:

    cable rows:
    -100kg 6 reps

    e-z bar lying extension:
    -40kg 6 reps

    pushdowns:

    cardio: running for 25 mins on treadmill

    did shoulders today and some cardio:

    standing bb shoulder press:
    -50kg 6 reps
    -60kg 4 reps

    db standing laterals:
    -17kg 6 reps
    -22kg 4 reps

    db rear laterals:
    -27kg 6 reps
    -27kg 6 reps

    db shrugs:
    -45kg 6 reps
    -45kg 6 reps

    cardio: 25 mins of running

    gym closed at 7pm and i showed up at 6:30pm

    bb squats:
    -110kg 6 reps
    -120kg 6 reps
    -130kg 4 reps

    leg press:
    -220kg 6 reps
    -220kg 6 reps

    leg curls:
    -150lbs 6 reps
    -150lbs 6 reps

    stiff leg deadz:
    -110kg 6 reps

    seated calf raises:

    my new chest routine

    smith machine incline press:
    -80kg 6 reps
    -90kg 5 reps
    -100kg 4 reps PR

    db incline press:
    -37,5kg 5 reps
    -37,5kg 5 reps

    db flat press:
    -40kg 5 reps
    -40kg 5 reps

    db curls:
    -22kg 6 reps
    -25kg 4 reps

    e-z bar curls:
    -30kg 6 reps
    -40kg 5 reps

    cardio: 25 mins running on treadmill

    -140kg 4 reps the plan was to do 1 but it felt easy, PR

    Leg press:

    -130lbs 10 reps

    -170lbs 8 reps

    -45kg 10 reps
