    i did legs today

    squats:
    -140kg 10 reps
    -150kg 10 reps
    -160kg 10 reps
    -170kg 10 reps
    -180kg 6 reps PB crazy weight

    i did more like 20 sets for legs don´t gonna post everything

    tomorrow is gonna be chest with db´s and shoulders i´ll try to post more tomorrow

    today is chest,shoulders,cardio

    db flat press:
    -40kg 10 reps
    -42kg 10 reps
    -45kg 6 reps i can touch these now, the heavyest db´s in the gym, PB

    db incline press: kinda tired after flat press so i went a lil lower
    -35kg 10 reps
    -35kg 10 reps

    decline db press:
    -37kg 10 reps
    -37kg 10 reps
    -40kg 10 reps
    -40kg 10 reps

    dips:

    kinda weird i felt kinda bad, like i had the flu or some but managed to get the session done

    bb bench press:
    -80kg 10 reps

    -35kg 10 reps

    incline machine press:

    did this session in a hour, but i wasn´t feeling so good so i canceled the cardio like i sayd earlier lets hope i won´t get the flu
