    Those are some good weights on stiff deads max. You should get your squats up though becasue there almost the same weights. Good weights for hams though.

    i just got to take my weekly pics and im thinking that i can cruise into the show and be really lean as of 19 weeks out i´m ahead of time and when i´m 16 weeks out all you guys will be impressed with my conditioning this far out, i promis

    just wanted to mention that i´m now 80kgs, that is the morning weight, so that means i´ve lost 4kg´s in a week, stay tuned for more updates on my transformation

    Hope your looking good and it seems like your on track. 4kgs is a lot in a week! Maybe it was mostly water along with fat or your over dieting and losing fat and muscle. just listen to your body Max.

    Max, good to hear this, but don't think for a second that you can cruise into the show and be "really lean". You should try and be in show shape 6 weeks out, and I'm serious, come in truly ripped this time.

    thanks alot guys and IS i think i can be pretty darn ripped 6 weeks out, so i´m not gonna dissapoint

    today i did chest,shoulders,bicep,cardio

    db incline press:
    -27kg 6 reps
    -30kg 5 reps
    -32kg 4 reps

    bb bench press flat:
    -70kg 6 reps
    -80kg 4 reps

    smith´s shoulder press:
    -60kg 5 reps
    -60kg 4 reps

    db laterals:
    -15kg 6 reps
    -15kg 6 reps

    db rear laterals:
    -30kg 6 reps
    -30kg 6 reps

    bb curls olympic bar:
    -40kg 6 reps
    -45kg 6 reps

    db curls:
    -20kg 6 reps
    -22kg 4 reps

    cardio: running 16 mins on 10,0 not so bad

    comments:
    -i´m looking better by the day now, veins in my left shoulder are coming nicely now, i don´t see that vein really often so i´m happy about that. pretty good session and really happy about it, strenght coming up so exspect great things to happen

    deadlift:

    -60kg warm up
    -140kg 6 reps
    -150kg 6 reps
    -160kg 4 reps

    bb rows:
    -100kg 6 reps
    -110kg 4 reps

    pulldowns:
    -70kg 6 reps
    -75kg 4 reps

    lying e-z bar extension:
    -30kg 6 reps
    -35kg 6 reps

    pushdown:
    -80kg 6 reps
    -100kg 6 reps

    db shrugs:
    -40kg 6 reps
    -40kg 6 reps

    cardio: 16 mins running on threadmill speed 10,0
    listening to: DMX

    remember each exercise machine is diffrent so this might be 50-70lbs in your leg extension machine

    i´m starting a new routine on next monday

    mondayower Upper (Coupounds, low reps, heavy weight)
    Tuesday: Power Lower (Coupounds, low reps, heavy weight)
    Wednesday: Hypertrophy Chest/Arms (Higher reps, more sets)
    Thursday: Hypertrophy Shoulders/Back (Higher reps, more sets)
    Friday: Hypertrophy Legs (Higher reps, more sets)

    today first day of power upperbody

    i was resting 3 mins between each set and 2 light warm up for each exercise

    db Flat bench press:
    -37kg 5 reps
    -40kg 5 reps
    -42kg 3 reps heavy as hell!!!!

    bb rows underhand grip w/straps:
    -110kg 5 reps
    -120kg 5 reps
    -130kg 4 reps i should have stayed with 120 cuz my form wasn´t the best, not happy with this set

    db shoulder press:
    -30kg 5 reps
    -32kg 5 reps
    -35kg 2 reps

    db shrugs:
    -45kg 5 reps
    -45kg 5 reps
    -45kg 5 reps
    i think i´m gonna need to switch to bb shrugs to go heavyer, the max db´s in my gym are only 45´s

    cardio:
    -16 mins of running at speed 10,0
    listening to:Korn,Rammstein,Disturbed

    agree with pain here max, u gotta do longer duration cardio. 30-45 minutes is minimum imo when ure trying to shed the fat. get up on that treadmill, get ur mp3 player with u and start working for real bro

    morning cardio at 6 am: 30 mins on threadmill

    then i did heavy lower body:

    -squats:
    -110kg 5 reps
    -120kg 5 reps
    -130kg 3 reps

    stiff leg deadz:
    -90kg 5 reps
    -110kg 5 reps
    -130kg 4 reps

    seated calf raises:
    -4 plates 5 reps
    -4plates+10kg plate 5 reps
    -4plates+15kg plate 5 reps

    cardio: 30 mins walking on threadmill
