    today was hyperthropy legs,calfs and cardio

    squats:
    -60kg 10 reps
    -70kg 10 reps
    -80kg 10 reps
    -90kg 10 reps
    -80kg 8 reps

    leg extension 4 sets of 15 with 110lbs

    leg curls 5 sets with 90lbs of 12 reps

    6 sets for calfs

    cardio:running at speed 8.0 for 16 mins since my legs were so pumped

    yeh that sounds good, the only thing that is holding me back is endurance level, i think i´ll be able to run 30 mins straight in 2 weeks or so

    today was : power upper and cardio

    bb bench press:
    -80kg 5 reps
    -90kg 5 reps
    -90kg 5 reps

    bb rows:
    -90kg 5 reps
    -100kg 5 reps
    -110kg 5 reps

    db shoulder press:
    -27kg 5 reps
    -30kg 5 reps
    -32kg 5 reps

    db shrugs:
    -45kg 5 reps
    -45kg 5 reps
    -45kg 5 reps

    cardio: running at pace 8,0 for 20 mins today so i´m real happy how my endurance level is going up

    Hey max,
    Posing has improved and with practice over and over it can only keep getting better

    good workout session mate a nice small compacted workout while hitting the good exercises, nice bb rows bro

    from viewing your recent picture, i would say in this order for your strong points are

    Back
    quads
    biceps

    but once the bodyfat keeps dropping we ill be able to get a better view on the muscle groups, when dieting bro you will learn new things as thats what i did when i dieted for my show, i was learning new things nearly every day to take with me when i started bulking again.

    anyways keep up the work and go hard at it each and everyday, 100% bro
