    was gonna go on friday but then something came up and i didn´t, i think i´ll go on tomorrow im getting weak, i did pushups the other day barely got 20

    I think i´ll just do some bodyweight stuff at home but in jan i´ll start going to the gym again

    yesterday i did:pushups,tricep pushups aka close grip,then curls with a 15kg db i got and tricep extension,rows and shoulder press with that db, it was heavy so i´m in bad shape, i guess i´ll do this workout every day and i´ll add one leg squats
