Also how do you manage to deadlift and then do BB rows? Last time I tried BB rows I couldn't handle 70kg after some C&J's, let alone what you're doing
Im was aiming for 205 I think by OCT. or NOV. I can make it to that weight hopefully...
Regarding the Deads and the Barbell Rows I have no Idea I guess I have just gotten use to doing it that way I am even adding weight to the barbell rows...

Well today was a good day(not a typical day)
After Lunch I got to go to a local Brewery and I had A few pints and I tasted some Awesome beer!
Then I went to Outback steak house I had a 7oz steak with yams and some wheat bread.
Now its pre work out time I will have three scoops of Jack3d by USPLABS some Taurine and vitamin C.
I will have BCAA before during and after my work out.
